Заказывала ошейник, пришёл как обычно недели через две. Оказалось, что он не пригоден для использования т.к. нет связи между ошейником и пультом (нажимаешь на кнопки на пульте, а ошейник не реагирует). Зарядила и перезагрузила как было сказано в инструкции, но результата ни какого. Открыла спор, в результате мне отказали в возврате денег и обмене товара. Очень расстроена. Продавца не рекомендую однозначно!!!!
